Terms of Service

By accessing or using AlbionCore (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Subeleven LLC ("we", "us"). These terms work alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

AlbionCore is in active Open Beta development. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice, and data may occasionally be lost. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of market data, or uninterrupted availability.

You sign in with Discord OAuth. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Discord credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old (matching Albion Online's own age requirement) to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate others.

You agree not to: (a) scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service or its backend; (b) reverse-engineer or abuse the API outside its intended use; (c) upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content; (d) use the Service to harass other players or post listings/islands content that is fraudulent or violates Albion Online's own terms; or (e) attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours. We may rate-limit, suspend, or ban accounts that violate these rules.

Some features let you post content — marketplace listings, island rentals, builds, party compositions, and profile details. You keep ownership of what you post, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display it within the Service so the feature works. You are solely responsible for the content you post, and you confirm you have the right to post it. We may remove content that breaches these terms.

The optional desktop companion reads your own Albion Online network traffic locally and uploads bank snapshots to your account. It is read-only and does not modify the game client. You are responsible for ensuring your use of any third-party tool complies with Albion Online's terms of service. We are not affiliated with Sandbox Interactive GmbH (see Legal notice).

The Service is currently free during Open Beta. If paid tiers are introduced later, their terms, prices, and billing details will be presented before you subscribe, and these terms will be updated accordingly. Nothing here obligates us to keep any feature free indefinitely.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Subeleven LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost in-game assets, or data loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. The Service deals with virtual game data only and carries no real-world monetary value guarantee. Market prices shown are sourced from third parties and may be inaccurate or delayed.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for deletion steps). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, the relevant provisions (liability, disclaimers, governing law) survive.

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Subeleven LLC's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence are unaffected. [Confirm the exact governing-law jurisdiction with your lawyer before publishing.]
